Andrew is a native of Western New York, where he was part of numerous profitable redevelopment opportunities on single family homes. He founded a property management company which managed single family and multifamily units. He sold the company, and shifted his focus to the acquisition of smaller multifamily and single family investment properties in Western New York. Andrew currently holds several hundred rental units in this market with in-place management and maintenance teams. Andrew is also a #1 Bestselling author and the host of “The Passive Road to Retirement” podcast. He has scaled his investments to the acquisition of large Multifamily apartment complexes, amassing several hundred units, located in Florida and Georgia.
Christian Moran graduated with a B.A. from UNC at Chapel Hill and began his career as a commercial lender for Bank of America in Atlanta, Georgia. After earning his M.B.A in 2002 at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, he coordinated debt and equity capital sources for the development of assisted living homes at Sunrise Senior Living. In 2007, he founded Luminous Properties, and bought and redeveloped several dozen single family properties in the Washington, DC area. He subsequently evolved into a greater focus on multi-family and founded Montfort Capital, which currently owns over 1500 units in both limited partner and general partner capacities. Christian is passionate about opportunities to improve real estate and its management, to enhance quality of life for residents and their communities, and offer outstanding long term returns for multi-family investors at relatively low risk.
Nic Cooper retired after 22 years as a helicopter pilot and instructor in the Navy. His background was helicopter Special Operations Support and has 5 combat tours in Iraq. His journey to real estate began when he self-managed his single-family rentals in San Diego for 15 years, though he saw the light in 2019 and transitioned into multifamily with his purchase of a 24 unit apartment complex in Painesville Ohio. The property had an NOI of 71k on purchase and in the past 3 years, through his astute asset management has driven the NOI upwards of 110K. Nic has also purchased a 42 unit in Hampton VA and a 40 unit in Corpus Christi Texas in 2021, for a total of 106 units and $7.80M assets under management as of February 2022. He currently resides in San Diego CA with his wife Jamie, though he looks forward to his move to Florida later this year.

Josh graduated with a Bachelor's in Real Estate Finance and began working at Freddie Mac's multifamily division. He pivoted from his loan securitization role into an analyst for a multifamily developer in Jacksonville, Florida, and acquired a personal real estate portfolio in the city. He currently works full-time as an acquisition associate for one of the largest multifamily developers in the Nation.

Mark Kenney is a seasoned real estate investor, entrepreneur and founder of Think Multifamily. Mark started his real estate career 29 years ago and has extensive experience in property valuation, acquisition, and operations.
Mark has completed over 95 multifamily transactions including 15,000 units valued at $1B across 12 states. He has sold 25 deals and refinanced over 12 transactions. Mark has purchased all types (from 0% occupied to 98% occupied) of multifamily properties and has added value through top-notch management and execution of CapEx ranging from $5k/door to over $20k/door.
Mark is a 1993 graduate at Michigan State University, Accounting and is a CPA. Mark has also provided IT technical and business consulting for 20 years and managed many multi-million dollar projects.
After receiving his Master’s Degree from Missouri Western State University, Yaser was
hired by Clemons Real Estate as a multifamily consultant and got involved in the repositioning
of single family and multifamily assets. He successfully built a portfolio of small multifamily and single-family rental units and went full cycle from acquisition to disposition using private capital.
Yaser has worked with development teams that acquired thousands of acres and developed multifamily, mixed use, and single-family rentals in the northern region of Kansas City.
As an investor himself, he understands the methods used to navigate through the renovation
and development process. This experience provides him with the opportunity to analyze
investment opportunities from both a passive and active investors perspective. Being able to
see the impact on the community from revitalizing a neighborhood or restoring a multifamily
asset to its best possible use is his passion.
